Virtual Staging Refund Policy
If you want your virtually staged photos to be revised, send us a email within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly revise your virtually staged photos free of charge until you are completely happy.
If you want a refund, you can request a full refund by sending us an email about the order that you want to be refunded. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your order being completed. If you have published your virtually staged photos publicly (e.g. on the MLS, on social media, via printed marketing materials, etc.), your order is no longer eligible for a refund.
3D Rendering Refund Policy
Online Interior Design Projects are eligible for a full refund if requested via email before designs are prepared by our designer or partially refunded (50%) if requested via email after designs are prepared by our designer. Projects are not eligible for a refund if requested after a final design is prepared by our designer. To request a refund, please email Support@cre8ivevisionary.in.
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
